Hi All,
My back was killing me waking up today so I scheduled a chiropractic visit today. I read that it is good to get adjusted throughout pregnancy so I did.  I got adjusted and I was asked how I felt I still felt an ache in my lower back and hips. The doctor tried to show me some stretches and I got a pull/pain in my lower left abdomen. The pain has gone and went away today after performing the stretches my lower back did fill better. Has anyone ever had these kind of aches? By the way I'm 9 weeks 4 days.

Hmmmm, I personally haven't. I do get adjusted very often. However, I do know some sorness is normal after an adjustment. Also, I have never done any kind of stretching that was recommended by the doctor.

I'm 39 weeks and have had chiro care throughout. Thoroughly recommend.
You do get the odd aches and pains after but it settles down.
She told me today I'd be lucky to see out another week and she can feel my body and muscles have changed heaps since last week, indicating ready to go into labor!
