What does contractions feel like ? Im not sure if ive been having cramps or contractions lately
When you start to get them, if you are sitting go for a walk. If you are walking then sit or lay down. If they increase then they are real, if they go away then its false labor. I've been in false labor for 2 weeks now.
When you have real ones you will know.
