cramps brown discharge

Sorry for the TMI in advance... I am 7 weeks, talked to my doctor about cramps and light, brown red discharge. He said as long as it didn't worsen it's ok. I cant help but worry everytime I get cramps. Is this harrowing to anyone else? When would the cramping stops? Ridiculous nausea to the point of dry heaving and my boobs feel as if they're going to pop off of my body ( its the best way for me to describe). I am so excited about the baby but the nerves, sickness and worry is getting to me. Times like this, when I need the support, I wish I could tell more people about the pregnancy this early. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated:)

I had the exact same symptoms in week 7 and 8. The discharge changed to clear by week 9 I think. But as to dry heaving, it happens due to acid reflex on an empty stomach. Have something to drink, ginger ale really Helped me through the day. This what I did to make my time easier. You need to put something in the stomach to keep that acid low. I started my day, immediately after freshening up with a plain wheatabix, no milk. The fiber helps with the acid. I ate one banana although not the best for acid but its the only fruit I could manage at that time with 5 almonds and 1 whole walnut or 2 split pieces. I took milk after about 30 mins. Since I had severe morning sickness till week 12, all I ate was four different types of fruits and wheatabix with milk and nuts. I did lose 1 kilo. But my doctor had put me on vitamins so we weren't so worried. I am in week 17 now and just getting my appetite back. It will get better with time. Don't worry, if you have any questions you can always ask here. This community has been great support for me as a ftm. All the best and welcome to the club.

If your boobs HURT,  and you're having a lot of nausea still,  you're less likely to be miscarrying than women who don't have pregnancy symptoms.

Sometimes,  mom's cervixs are sensitive and they bleed,  and it's a great sign that your other pregnancy symptoms are going strong.

I never had any colored discharged just clear. But everything else you are feeling I felt until the 16th week. I felt like I was going to start my period everyday and I had really sharp pains. I also had dry heaving.. just make sure your eating enough that way you have something to throw up. Hope this helps. Don't stress unless you start bleeding heavily.
