dealing with negativity
So a friend of mine had the worst pregnancy, only to find motherhood a horrible chore etc, she's had it rough now painful boob issues clogged etc staff infections... She needs support but is bashing every aspect of being pregnant and becoming a mom. I have one and another on the way, I tried being supportive only for her to keep throwing negativity... I don't have the energy to argue with someone like that... Nothing I say explains to her that breastfeeding shouldn't be a horrible chore but a bonding experience... Her response is just wait until... Etc I've been there and didn't have these issues. Sorry for ranting but being pregnant does that give me an escape from listening to her? Ignoring calls and text I just can't deal with her negativity.
Okay the words was s*cks.
I have no patience for people like that. I would tell her that I understand she thinks her life *****, but that doesn't mean the rest of you can't enjoy it.
