If you change your baby every couple of hours or more frequently as needed in order to protect their skin then I don't know of any commercially branded diapers that would leak at that point. However most disposable diapers don't hold poop - especially newborn poop - well, if at all. Which is one of the many reasons why I use cloth diapers, gDiapers specifically. They hold much more snugly and are way better at catching messes, not to mention that they save thousands of dollars in the long run over disposables and are a heck of a lot cuter and aren't filled with nasty ingredients that can cause chemical burns on fragile new skin.
I use luvs. Never have had a problem.
I used pampers while they were newborns but after that I switch to target brand they are really good and my son has sensative skin and they worked for him.
I used pampers for my God daughter huggies broke her out and other brands leaked
I use target brand. Pampers wouldn't even make it threw nap time with my son and I hated Huggies. We have also used luvs and they worked really well until he got to be 2yrs old. Now it's strictly target brand and I love them
Thank you med help for blocking out d o t c o m

They put out a huge review in June this year of 24 different brands/lines of diapers. They did extensive leak testing.
I used huggies or pampers my babies were all allergic to all other brands. They never leaked for me and they looked very comphy for baby.
