With my 12 year old I was deathly sick the whole nine months. My body fights pregnancy every time that is why I lose so many but this one has been doing great so far. No sickness.
I am always worried and this is my second pregnancy, I had a rough first pregnancy so it is like I am always waiting for the same things to happen again.
Me too! I'm a ftm and just had my 20 week ultrasound, and was freaking out more than usual beforehand... But finding out my baby is a boy and feeling him kick more and more is helping me start to relax and enjoy this pregnancy. I'm thinking of getting a Doppler too though, because I still panic a little when he sleeps.
I've enjoyed mine as well just constantly worried. I found looking forward to the little things helped... like finding out what she was, then knowing at 23 weeks she could survive with a lot of help then watching her survival rate increase with each passing week...feeling her move has been a lot of help as well, even though her lazy days can still send me into a panic lol. Even with all of that I still worry and stress at every appt until I hear her heart beating... have you looked into buying a Doppler?
My husband feels like havent started enjoying it until about week 23. I had a micarriage this last summer and so we kept this one a secret for longer. And i got the flu about two weeks ago so that scared me too. I have started crocheting a baby blanket, a pregnancy journal, and making pages for his scrapbook. All three have really helped me become more excited than worried
So glad I m not the only one. I have enjoyed this pregnancy. I have even been allowed to keep working. I am 17 weeks now and go Tuesday to the dr.
I'm 33 weeks and I still get extremely worried before I go to the dr. I think the further I get the more anxious I become about something going wrong. My ob says it's normal especially for ftm or someone who has had a miscarriage before...best advice anyone can give you is try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy....easier said then done, I know. Congratulations :-)
