I workout 6 sometimes 7 days a week because I am a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I have modified everything to low impact for myself though.
yep, but altered my workout...certain motions are not good while preg. I met with a trainer this time who had studied maternity exercise...she Did advise me to nor use the elepticle anymore our to stand up while biking because of the way they throw your hits hips out...our gym has a pool and as I.an heading into 3rd trimester I am excited to use the pool more;) just really listen to your body and don't overdue it...you can also do double duty by doing exercises that will sid on labor like squats
Im 11w and I zumba atleast 4x a week. I modify tho small squats and no jumping. Im an instructor so I try to stay fit with everyone plus I dont even realize im working out cuz is so much fun :)
If u are in healthy condition and doctor okay with it, it's safe to do!!
20 weeks and have worked out 5 days / week the whole time so far. Yoga, elliptical, hiking, exercise videos, walking, running, exercise ball, etc
Same here, elliptical, bike and treadmill. Currently, in my last semester I am too tired but 1st-2nd trimester I continued to go the gym a lot (doesn't really show right now lol!)
I do but the only things I use are the treadmill and the elliptical. A lot of the equipment is off limits while pregnant so be sure to talk to your dr before trying something new.
First two trimesters I was so tired and sickly all the tim I could barely stay up. This trimester I got so much more energy and decided to start working out. I started with butt bible but figured squats were not that good for me but I do elliptical and my arms and shoulders. I'm 36 weeks today. Oh yeah and also wall ok a lot.
I've been walking and hiking. And lots of stretching!
