extra discharge

I've been walking a lot more and been making love more often with my boyfriend and I've noticed I have a lot more discharge than normal. I'm 33+2 the discharge is slimy, smells sweet, and looks clear with a little yellow. Is this normal?

I went through the same thing. Went to the hospital to make sure it wasn't my amniotic fluid. Everything came back ok. They said that that was normal and could be the beginning stages of me losing my mucus plug. 2wks later I completely lost my plug and soon after had baby. But always ask ur doctor first!

I doubt its a yeast infection, someone asked the same question the other day and shes also 33 weeks which I am too. For the past week or so ive been having lots of discharge, feels like I urinated in my underwear a little. Went to the doctor a few days ago for an ultrasound and my amniotic fluid is okay. I just need to wear a panty liner and change my underwear more often. Everyone has a unique situation so you should still double check with your doctor about it, and i dont think you should use monistat.

I remember with my first I had sweet smelling slimy discharge and the doc. Checked my and my amniotic fluid was leaking. Now this pregnancy I have had the sweet smell again and went to my doctor everything was OK. No it wasn't a yeast infection but he said it was normal

Could be a yeast infection it sounds like it if it smells sweet, and monistat helps clear it up :) although you should ask your doctor about what to use first, he will most likely recommend monistat though but just to be on the safe side
