extreme pain, extremely miserable

I've had chronic pain for 7 years. The doctors were thinking Ibs but not sure. I am now 7 weeks pregnant and in so much pain, I'm starting to wish it would just end. Vomitting and severe pain have always been my problem but it's literally ten times worse.  I can't hold anything down and my meds aren't helping. I'm already high risk and am scared all this pain will hurt my baby. I am at a loss and feel absolutely helpless. Is there anything that can be done or am I screwed for however long this may go on? Someone please help me.

I'm not sure about the vomiting but i know you can take Tylenol 3 while pregnant for the pain. I've taken it my whole pregnancy, my due date was yesterday & everything is fine :)
