Google PUPPS. That's what I have. If so, there are a number of things that may help, but it's a rash that won't go away untill after birth.

Eucerin and Cetaphil make a body wash for dry, itchy skin. The cheap stuff can irritate it like Dial, softsoap, and those in that price range. The good ones are like $8 but it may be worth it. Pair it with a good lotion too.

When I have that problem I take a cool shower and immediately put lotion on right after I get out. Helps a lot.

Buy a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone, it's pretty successful in these type things. Talk to your doctor, it could be complications with your liver, a simple blood test can diagnose this. It also can be a condition called Puppps, it's a condition where pregnant woman have bad cases of hives. Some of these hives can actually be invisible to the eye.

I feel the same way only thing is my inner thighs and my stomach itch. My sister told me to use baby power as soon as you get out of the shower and dry off.. it actually has been working for me I hope this helps you!
