fast food vs home cooked meal

I realized that if I cook homemade at home I'm rarely eating it or the smell & look of it after its done makes me sick to my stomach.. But I can eat fast food which i know isn't good for me..but I can hold it in even if I do get sick its water that comes out & not the food. Home cooked, everything is coming out. Anyone else with this issue?

I was like that, and yes it was pretty expensive, just try to order the healthier version, like light mayo or no mayo at all, take out a bun, egg whites, no salt and things like that, I hope you feel better soon =)

The first trimester was AWFUL.  I couldn't cook anything at home.  The smell of anything made me vomit before I could put it in my mouth.  For about two months, I lived off of Greek salads and baguettes from Panera (the sour of the salad dressing eased my nausea), and sour slushies from Sonic.  Not the best food choices, but they were about all I could stomach.  :/  Hang in there!  Thank GOD the second trimester gets better.

I thought it was just me! I'd eat breakfast at home then throw it up, so I grabbed fast food & was fine. Maybe just try to be careful what you're eating when doing fast food, if you can (BC of cravings I mean).

I have been that way with mine. Fast food isn't the best but it stayed in so I took that. Now that I am 12 weeks I am starting to be able to stomach my own cooking, thankful since eating out gets expensive! For now just eat what you can even if it isn't the best.
