People can say slow down button I was trying to find that button and couldnt lol. I down a steak so fast when I went out Valentines Day the place wanted to give me an award, but the good thing is you wont feel so hungry later on. Now Im 21 weeks today I cant eat anywhere close to earlier times.

Agreed with babypav... make sure you are drinking lots of water... should be close to 1.5-2 gallons per day (I told my doctor .5 gallon was attainable)... if you eat slower you tend to eat less because your stomach hads some time to process that you put food in it.. and you also won't get a stomach ache... also try to eat smaller portions throughout the day... it boosts your metabolism and will slow down weight loss-- obviously you need to gain some weight

Obviously try to slow down when you eat but all long as your not having massive sized meals you're ok.  Your still early in your pregnancy so you should not be consuming any extra calories yet, try to stay around 2000 per day.  Also make sure you are drinking tons of water,  8 to 10 cups pet day at least.  The water should also help you feel full so you don't eat  as much.  But you haven't gained that much yet,  as long as your doctor isn't worried you shouldn't be!  Congratulations mommy!
