I think because it's days of consecutive fasting it is not as safe as a one-timr thing. As far as I understand it you are not expected to fast while pregnant or breastfeeding and can "make-up" the time later when you are able to.

U could get dehydrated in hours. I would definitely talk to yr doc. But my opinion is its not safe. If I don't drink enough water I begin to feel sick in just a few hours nevermind 15 hours.

Salam sis. I never fasted all my pregnancies thru Ramadan.you are excused from doing so if you fear harm on yourself or baby.
its haram to make yourself sick by doing so.

I'm deffo not fasting I'm in UK and its 18 hours fast here. I think it will b hard to fast @ 25 weeks for me. U can always make them up later when the baby is born. Better to b safe then sorry

Fasting for one glucose test is not the same as fasting for the whole month of Ramadan. The first commenter is correct, you are exempted from fasting and following that exemption is strongly encouraged for the health of your baby.

You fast for 15 hours for the 3 hour glucose test (12hours before the test and 3 during).... But you are encouraged to drink water.  I don't think a 15 hour food fast would be bad for baby, since so many women do it for the test, but your baby needs you to drink fluids.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you are not expected to fast. Please, consult with your mosque if you are unsure, but those are exceptions along with elderly,  sick and travelers. Take care
