fiber?

Is it safe to take extra fiber during pregnancy? I was thinking Benefiber? (Or generic brand)  I haven't been regular for awhile and I think I'll feel better--less uncomfortable.

It's safe just remember to drink plenty of water, so it doesn't back you up more...

Some brands etc are, some aren't.  Metamucil is fine.

My doc told me to take metamucil for extra fiber.

I think you can but check with your doc for names of safe over the counter meds.
