freezing brest milk??

How long can you keep brest milk frozen before it's no longer beneficial?

6 months in reg freezer and 12 months in a deep freezer

It's recommended only 3-4 month in a standard freezer and 6 months in a deep freezer but is okay for up to 6 in the standard freezer and 12 months in a deep freezer. If in the door of a standard freezer they say best to be used by 2 months.

I'm having a brain fart and can't think of the brand. But... the purple box of bags... there's a listing on there that tells you.

I always labeled my bags with big fat permanent marker for date and then a F and the date for when it was dethawed and put in fridge

I second what tomorrow264 says!!! I used the oldest first and just kept it all in rotation.
