grumpy day

So today i go shopping yo pick up a few bits for christmas presents and food. I wasnt gone long and i had a good time.
But as soon as i get home my mood just changed. I turned into a first class *****. I ate my husband out of it over everything! There was stuff on the floor, i went crazy because it should be in the shed. And so on. Of course this results in me now not talking to my husband and ive came to my room and just got into bed.
Am i alone? Or is anybody elses hormones playing up.

He is a great man but sometime i get so angry. He does start doing stuff that is not important but leaves the important stuff.
We are curently doing up our home so there is always jobs been done. But ive to yell at him before anything is done or else he is the opposite and starts somethings days before its needed resulting in the place been upside down for days! For example im getting in a new fireplace tuesday... yesterday he wanted to rip the old one out and bring the new bricks into the sittingroom so they wud be ready.... ready!!!!! Wat the f**k am i ment to do with my sittingroom until tuesday! Of course this caused a row and i ended up telling him he was stupid that he was not to rip the old fireplace out till monday evening.
I hate shouting and lately i do b horrible to him but i really cant help it. I just feel like he cant do anythimg right and its driving me crazy.
