I'm 11 weeks and have bee  suffering pelvic and leg pain which the doctor has diagnosed as sacroiliac joint dysfunction.  Has anybody had this and any recommendations on dealing with the pain?

Go and see a obstetric physical therapist as they will give you exercises and massage which significantly helps reduce pain. Use heat packs, 2 elbow crutches if it hurts when you weight bear, swimming and gentle yoga should help

Thanks so much for your comment, have been stressing out a bit :( I'll try the massage and look into getting a belt :)

Ihave the same problem and at 29 weeks it only gets worse. Ice packs or heating packs help. Buy a pregnancy support belt, wear comfortable shoes all the time. Massages help the most for me see If you can get a prenatal massage, expensive but worth it. If you aren't in too much pain try stretching and going for a short walk daily.
