headaches!!! nothing helps

Seriously I have had this headache for 3 days now and Tylenol doesn't help. I tried a hot shower, I'm  getting pretty frustrated. Ive had headaches off and on this entire pregnancy so far (I'm 16 weeks along) and they always start at the back of my neck lingering and it throbs and just hurts!! On top of me being paranoid about every little thing that goes on with my body i'm over here thinking something's wrong with me ugh!! Help me ladies please lol

Also a shoulder and neck massage might help.

Ask about what essential oils you can use. Some mint oils around the temples are supossed to help. Maybe menthol or eucalyptus?

I've had a headache pretty much every day since I got pregnant. (31 weeks tomorrow.) Tylenol helps take the edge off, but I also drink some tea and use a cold wash cloth on the base of my neck and/or forehead. A nap helps sometimes but I usually always have a small headache. Hope it gets better for you!

I suffer from migraines 4-5 days before I got pregnant and was taking some pretty strong stuff for them. Since I've been pregnant I take tylenol with caffeine no aspirin though and it works great. I take it as soon as I start to feel it and literally 5-10 minutes later it's gone. I of course asked my MD before I started taking these, and he said it's fine to take I don't tale them everyday but if I need to I do. This kind of Tylenol is for tension headaches and someone else mentioned coffee you can drink about half a cup black and 2 extra strength Tylenol this works as well. Good luck!

The chiropractor is working out well with me.  I also have had tension headaches that were so bad that I would get sick. Chiropractors specialize in pregnant women and its another method. Coffee has helped me too.

Sounds like a tension headache. But contact your doctor. In the mean time try a moist heat or cold on your neck and lay down in a dark room with low music or no music.

Put your hands and feet in cold water and an ice pack on the back of your neck. Like the base of your noggin. Works for me each time. Idk how much water you drink, but maybe increase it? And eat small snacks. :)

Check your blood pressure.  A headache that doesn't go away with tylenol could be preeclampsia. Also do you have any changes in vision, like seeing spots, feeling faint, or swelling in your hands or face. If you have any of this you'll want to get checked out.
