heart beats during pregnancy

From last week I have started monitoring my blood pressure at home as per doctor advice and the machine shows pulse rate about 104, 97,  107 . Is it OK? This is my ninth month is going on. And I am due on January 21, 2014.

It depends on what's normal for you. For me my resting heart rate is always in the nineties so your numbers wouldn't concern me but if I was like the other poster who said her heart rate runs in the 70s then I would be concerned with your numbers. Unless your doctor told you to monitor your heart rate at home I wouldn't do it bc it'll just stress you out especially if you aren't certain what is normal for you.

My pulse rate has been higher due to pregnancy. Normal for me was in the 70s now it has been in the 80s-90s regularly. Your heart is pumping more blood around and also having to push it to your baby as well.

That seems high. Is the machine accurate?  Try taking your pulse with your fingers. If you had been running around that would be a normal pulse other wise it's high.
