Bananas helped sooooooooooooooooo much for me. Try to stay clear from too many tums and ant acids you haven't talked to your doctor about.

Zantac has been amazing for me but the only thing it seems to not help with is pizza sauce! It's awful lol but I had to make sure to listen to the doctor and take in the morning and at night no matter what or it didn't work right

Try to avoid eating the foods you know trigger your heartburn.  For me last pregnancy it was pasta sauce, french fries, chocolate... and dont bend down after you eat or lay down.
