I have SPD which is basically pelvis pain. With my first, I got a support band. This time my doctor showed me some tricks to do and also suggested physical therapy.

I am 25 weeks and I had the same pain. Mine was more concentrated on my right side and it hurt to walk, lie down, and even when I was driving and I would take my foot off the gas it was painful. Mine was more of a sharp pain but consistent. Turn out it was round ligament pain. Do you have a belly band? If not go get one ASAP, it started feeling better almost instantly and in a few days of wearing it the pain almost completely went away. My Dr said the pain could be worse when baby is going through growth spurts. If the belly band doesn't help then your pain should subside with some time. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better because the pain is terrible sometimes.
