i think its starting?

Soo im 39 weeks five days and i was dialated 2 since last fri at my ob appt i have been having braxton hicka for about a week but i have been having pretty constant lower back pain for the last two hours plus contractions i have not placed as regular but they are pretty strong and frequent... i also keep having that sharp stabbing pain way down in my vagina it hurts real bad...what do u think?? I jus dont wanna show up at hospital to get sent home....

Oh yes that's how I feel each day I wake up pregnant & so close to be scheduled to deliver...all my other 3 kids came on their own...not my fourth!!! It will soon be over just continue to hang in there.

Thanks for all the responses ladies...must have been another false alarm though because i woke up and im still preg... once again goodness im so tired of waiting and this is my third son i figured i would def know when he was coming but i guess not... i def thought hed be here by now:(

The apps were tough for me because I wouldn't push the button right away, is this a.... Hmmm no probably not oh wait yes owe how do I... Etc. Looking at the clock works just as well... I even text my husbands cell so I can go back and look at the time... Time how long they last if more than thirty seconds then start timing how far until the next. Don't stress yourself out. Hope this is the end for you!!

Use a app and time the contractions it's the easiest way

No i havnt started timing them yet... i will tho ...i guess i jus feel ill know when its def time and im still unsure so guess im jus waiting still lol

I would wait until your contractions are more regular, and closer together. Have you been timing them? A good time to go to hospital is when they are coming every 5 mins and for about 45secs to a min each time. Best of luck. Hopefully not too much longer for u now. :)
