I would Have someone else time them for you for a while.  Then call and tell labour and delivery and they should be able to tell you what to do. My lil girl came on her own 3 weeks early.  My water also didnt break and i was expecting that.  And here i thought ftm s usually went over due!  Good luck!

They are comming every couple mins and last for about 40 seconds maybe longer... wasnt counting but it is for a bit. I was in preterm 2 weeks ago but these are low down on my belly and honestly alil more intense than the contractions i was having 2 weeks go.. it does feel diffrent tho. Can contractions be felt down low like that?

Yes are the sporadic? If so, I would try and time them. Could be the real could just be sore. I get that way when I've done too much but you are so close to your due date you never know!

Are they coming ever couple of minutes?  Or just sporadic cramps?  I thought i was having bh contractions with my first because they didnt hurt as bad as i had imagined but they were the real deal.
