infant water

Is it best to buy infant water or will regular spring water be fine to use?

Glad I don't have to worry about this... for one thing I breastfeed so water isn't something I need to worry about special... and for two, my city tap water comes from the same reservoir as Poland Spring water so I'm set drinking it straight from the tap :-)
I've heard that "baby water" is exactly the same as any other water just with a different label and a higher price tag... I wouldn't be surprised if that's true.

We just went and bought one of those Brita filter pitchers. It's worked amazing. Save money that way too.

Nursery water (or infant water) is fine. There is more fluoride in most tap water than infant water.

I'd say regular but.make sure there's.no caffeine in it sometimes there is. The infant water I'm pretty sure has.fluoride And.too much is bad for them. I just boil tap water and keep it in the fridge. Worked out pretty well my baby was used.to cold or room temp formula so I didn't have.to.worry about heating it.
