inner thigh pain?

At first it started on my left leg just a sharp pain in my thigh all around mainly the inner part and now I have it in both legs. Even putting on my shoes or lifting my leg or even walking hurts..I'm 32weeks does anyone know why it happens or what it could be and what helps besides rubs and baths?

I take this product called Calm Magnesium.  Its a powder you mix in a drink.  Really helps with the pains and cramps and also going to the bathroom.

How do you use the hot water bottle? And magnesium?? As in pills? I did ask my OB since my back has been hurting so much she said I could try physical therapy but I wasn't sure if that would be effective it's just hard for me to go with 2 kids and no babysitter so wanted to try stuff at home.

Hot water bottle, yoga stretches help me. It's the pelvis getting ready for birth... Ligaments etc becoming looser... Feel better :)
