is there anything i can do

Is there anything i can do to stop my legs twitching while am on bed as it keeps waking my partner up and i carnt seem to get a full bights sleep :(

I get that usually even before preg but now its worse but i feel like what i have is rheumatoid arthritis maybe i feel like this annoying pain in my legs with a little bitt of twitching in my leg joints and arms as well so i just put some icy hot or bengay to take the twitching and pain away it feels soo good i always carry it in my purse just in case but i usually get it at night but use the bengay or icy hot at is menthol only the doc said thats the only kind u can use while preg not the reg one

Eat bananas:) I get that,some times and all I need to do is eat a bannana

It's actually for pregnancy RLS so it's same

There is a cream for RLS you can get from the drug store

Try some calcium/magnesium supplements. You can get them at your pharmacy in the vitamins/supplements area.

Its called restless legs! I have it so bad it actually works it way into my arms. The things that work best for me is light stretching and soaking my feet in as warm of water as I can stand. And sometimes I massage my calves and ankles. It helps relax the muscles. Doesn't always completely solve the twitching but it's better then nothing. Good luck!
