Spend some time without a bra during the day or night, just to give your skin a break.

It sounds like your skin is stretching and have developed stretch marks.

Something similar happened to me in my first pregnancy.  Turned out I was allergic to my body wash. So I put aloe on it swithched my body wash and it went away. The pregnancy hormones can do alot to the chemical balance of our bodies. Try process of elimination it could be soap, a lotion or even something you ate. Good luck.  If all else fails call the dr. Better safe then sorry.
