I thought I was the only 1! I have a 6 yr old girl and I get very frustrated with her.  I can't even help with her Homework with out yelling.  :( honestly it breaks my heart. ... unfortunately,  I can't control my emotions at the moment being 39 weeks. On that note , Im sure its normal for our hormonal butts to be a little "extra" with our kids. Whenever your temper is short tell you significant other to step in and take over while you count to 10....

I'm 18wks with my third. I have a 7 and 5 year old. I'm also very short tempered these days and lose my **** very easily. I've explained to both my
Kids that being pregnant makes me tired and cranky excuse of all the changes my body is making. My 5 year old has a little bit of understanding and my 7 year old understands completely. I make sure I apologize if I know I blew something out of proportion because its important that thy know that I make mistakes also.
Try explaining in simple terms so she understands. Then when you know you're gonna flip it, take a step back to breathe and ask yourself if its worth the argument...

Its normal to be hormonal and short tempered when pregnant but with children you really need to step back and regain control before losing your temper. She doesn't understand the hormone changes that you are going through. She may misunderstand and feel that you no longer love her like you used to and that she is being replaced by the baby.
