any advice for hemorrhoids?

I am experiencing the worst hemorrhoids iv ever had in my life. Iv tried creams, aloe, witch hazel, warm bath, and nothing seems to be working! Can anyone give me any ideas to help these go away or ateast stop hurting?

Ugh, I feel for ya.  I had horrible roids.  I mean, golf ball size, scary ones.  What they told me to do at the hospital was to alternate----  prep H after going to the bathroom, then next time putting a tucks wipe in my underpants and leaving it there and back and forth.  They were from the pressure and weight of all going on just above that area.  And I hate to say this, they get worse when you push during labor.  BUT . . .  once I had my baby, they were gone relatively quickly within a couple of weeks.  As big as they were . . .   I'd not have thought they'd go away so fast.  

Anyway, hang in there.  We moms deserve a medal for what we go through!!
