I had low fluid and my baby was IUGR, they monitored me, nst's. She was delivered by emergency c/s at 38 weeks. 4lbs, 11oz. She was kept in NICU over night only as a precaution, she had no health issues at all.

I had that at 37 weeks and it was borderline low, they said they would give me a few days to see if it would improve if not I would be induced. Drink as much as you can! On monday I was 5.5, tuesday I went to be checked and I was 7, then friday they checked again and I was at 12...so drinking definitely helped.

Drink a lot if water all day everyday. That will help the fluid. I had that and after a week levels didn't change and so we agreed my daughter was born that day!
