I've been taking peanut butter and jelly and watermelon
A light soup and saltines is always good
Make up some stir fries.... or casseroles that u can freeze individually. I do that for my hubby and add lots of kale and spinach for the extra folic acid and iron
I take salad with a 1/2 can of tuna. Usually some milk and a side. I stick to vignette dressings
That's the problem... I don't seem to be craving anything. I'll try salads though!
Stay away from fried greasy foods I'm 13 weeks also and it send me going every time a salad with no or light dressing save me some days..try to eat whatever your body is craving
