I Crochet and i find it easy, i learned when i was 10. I'm now 29. I have taught my 11 yr old, and I just finished making a blanket for this new baby.  I'm also into painting and drawing, so i painting her a picture on a canvas.

Crochet is easier than knitting.. only one needle to worry about.  There are lots of good you tube videos that will help you.

Make a scrap book for him or her. Decorate it real pretty. Put pregnant pictures of you, ultrasound pics, you and baby's wrist bands after you deliver. Stuff like that. Best wishes hope's this helps
