I only got 3 pairs of pants and a couple of shirts. Not including some panties and 2 nursing bras. I have been lucky that I can wear most of my non maternity shirts lol. But you're right,  they are expensive

Goodwill has a maternity section.  Otherwise, the clearance rack at target is good too.  Also, look at the non maternity skirts and shirts you have.  You may be able to still wear it and just add a belt or dash to a shirt to show off your belly

I got handy downs thankfully, and old navy had cute clearance items. And Walmart has maternity leggings for $10 that are amazing and I just bought their plain tanks in bigger sizes for $3 each. Only thing I might actually buy are maternity shorts I can't find cheap ones anywhere and I'm literally dying in leggings :(

Im a plus size girl ( size 18) and can only shop at plus size maternity stores which Ive found are expensive. Ive maily fone JC Penny and Motherhood but im lucky enough to have a job ( at a dairy farm) where black yoga pants and an oversized tee or sweatshirt are all I need. Ive only bought a handful of cute things to go out in and this is my first pregnancy so I plan on keeping these clothes for my next pregnancy as well! Thrift stores and second hand stores or even walmart are definitely the way to go if you can find stuff in your sizes!!

Hello, yes I bought some of mine at thrift stores it is really expensive especially cuz you probably won't wear again unless you save for other pregnancies. I also shop at Burlington they always have nice maternity clothes on clearance. Idk if there is any where you live?
