I drink organic valley 2% or whole. I always keep both on hand, I cook and bake more with whole, it has a higher calcium and higher vitamin D . Plus once you taste both side by side there's a difference think.

I drink whole milk, almond milk and rice milk depending on my mood if how gassy I have been feeling. Occasionally I drink 2% but anything less than that taste like colored water (nastey)...I'm not a big milk drinker...it has to be ICE COLD.
My husband asked me if the milk was bad cause it still had ice chunks in it from when I had stuck it in the freezer. LoL

while milk or 2 percent bc the baby needs the calcium. I also have tried drinking the organic 2 percent recently. It actually had more calcium and vitamins.
