Ive been like this the past week. I had to give myself a personal day to just relax and do the things I enjoy. I was a bit of a hermit amd stayed away from everyone. I seem to be feelig a little better after that.
Definitely take some "me" time...but honestly. You're body is going through so much and there's really no way to stop it. Just let the emotions come out. Most ppl will understand that it's because your preggo :-)
One of my favourite things to do is watch my all time sappy movie pick and that normally gets the emotions to surface then you can let them out. Some times you just need a good cry cause you know what? Growing a human being is damn hard!!
