morning sickess need your tips please?!

Hi again ladies! ~ hope this question/message finds you all well! I could use your help gals.... so I'm 10&4 today things are going great my new ob in my new town seems awesome so far. He has suggested a baby aspirin regiment due to a thrombolphelia panel (spelling? I'm a phlebotomist but have massive preggo brain lol) coming up with my blood being thicker than it needs to be with a chromosomal abnormality. Lol just blabbering can't help myself. Anywho, my morning sickness is crazy right now even with zofran which helps keep me from puking my brains out(super grateful for that at least) but still the overwhelming nausea is getting old. Trying ginger, sprite, crackers, essential oils of lavender and ginger, preggie pops and drops. You name girls I'm doing it. Okay "everything"isn't working lol so what am I doing wrong? Please any advice would be awesome. I would love to feel human again. Thanks ahead of time!!

One of the only things that helped me is drinking lemon water just a fresh squeezed lemon in a glass of water ( I would do a whole lemon in a pitcher for a day) adding some fresh ginger to it worked even better.  either grate some ginger tour our even just slice it and leave it in the pitcher.  Root beer actually helped for a little while too then it stopped working.  Also make sure to eat something little at least every 2 hours.

Thanks for your reply! And congrats on your heathly girl! I will def ask about phenegran. He prescribed me another anti nausea ( don't have the bottle handy) but it doesn't help at all lol. My script for zofran is every 8 hours but like I said it just helps keep food down really. Yes, I am hoping it will fade away soon. And hope you start to feel better too!!

Well I did everything too! My dr gave me 2 different types of nausea medicine. The zofran and phenergan. I took the phenergan at night and the zofran before every meal. That was the only little bit of ease I got! Once I hit 16 weeks I was all better. I work still throw up once every two weeks. That didnt bother me. As long as it wasn't morning and night. And now that I'm 32 weeks 4 days I'm throwing up all over again. Haha I had to pull the phenergan out again the other night. But now ill only do it at night. Good luck everything will soon clear up and it'll be fine. The throwing up stage was something that let me know I had a very healthy baby girl in my belly.
