I have to take meds or I get hospitalized.  I have even been hospitalized twice even w/ the meds.  There are safe meds you can take, if you feel you need it.  Just speak w/ your doc about it.  Good luck.  I am expecting my 8th and will be 16 weeks tomorrow.  I am JUST now getting somewhat better and I have had this for every pregnancy.  It's AWFUL!!

Hi there! With all of my pregnancies, I had terrible morning sickness throughout the entire day. My doctor ended up putting me on the Zofran pump...its aggravating and a Lil bulky but it helped tremendously.

Zofran is a medication that was originally intended for nausea in chemotherapy patients. It works amazing and is totally safe!!  :-)

I am 10 weeks and some days and I have it bad!!! Some days are good and others I can not keep anything down. I wear sea bands all day and only take them off to shower. Lemon has also just started helping, it settles my stomach. Try lemon drops, mint gum sometimes helps me as well. Dr said mashed potatoes are also good, but I can not even think about eating those, they sound disgusting. I try and eat something light, or lots of soup because I never know what is going to come back up :/ Try to avoid dairy, and lettuce. I don't know whats up with lettuce but when I mentioned I was eating salad and then getting sick he said it will make me vomit. Try and hang in there, I know easier said then done, but there are lots of us right there with you!

mint allways helped me, any type. so i carried those hard after dinner mints with me alot. But allways keepn something in my tummy helped to. I found if I was on an empty tummy i rifted stomach acid and it got way worse so i munched multigrain cherios on and off all the time so. they are bland and small so they never caused me to feel worse.

I find that little bits of sugar help. Im sick all of the time, even though I am on Diclectin which helps a bit, but not always. I always keep starburst or gummy candies in my pocket so when the nausea kicks in I suck on of those. I also find eating smaller but more frequent meals help, the nausea seems to be worse when I feel hungry.

I know it is so awful and no one can understand unless they go through it! The only way i feel good is to have a full tummy, so i am constantly eating! I am pretty sure i am going to gain a tremendous amount of weight!

Try something cold. Fruit popsicles were the only thing that I didn't throw up. Best wishes!
