my baby got throw up in her eye...

Hi, my daughter is a month old. Tonight she threw up and somehow got some in her eye. around her eye got really red. Its gone down some in the last hour. If its not cleared up by morning I'm going to call the ped. She,is doing fine and doesn't seem bothered by it. I'm wondering from those moms out there has this happened to any of your babies? Were they ok? Also, my daughter seems to always have eye boogies. I'm constantly having to get them off ofher eye ball and whiping the cornerst of her eyes. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks Kelsey, We do always use warm soft cloths. I'll aso my ped about eye drops.

Just make sure you use a warm rag on her eyes. My son had a little bit of eye boogers and it kinda helped and made it easier to get it out of his eyes. The doctor should also giveyou eye drops too.
