nausea

I am about seven weeks- get a better idea on Friday at my ultrasound.

Anyway. I am SO nauseous around the clock. I havent thrown up yet though. The only thing that temporarily curbs the nausea is eating! I need some tricks to help with this, or I will gain 50 lbs. Please and thank you!

Thanks for all the input! I think I will try a band. I haven't gained weight yet from my excessive eating, but it would only be a matter of time :p

I didn't have this issue with my first pregnancy!

Doterra peppermint beadlets help curb nausea and go get the sea band bracelets for the pressure points on your wrist. They are used for motion sickness but have helped me. They have them at walgreens.

my friend had severe morning sickness and she swore by motion sickness bands their like little wrist bands that you wear for travel sickness! but they also work wonders in pregnancy!

I had the same thing!! I would snack on 100 calorie kellogs snacks when I would start to get that feeling. Apple sauce packs are good too for on the go or at work. But try to stick with fresh fruits and veggies for those inbetween meals when you stsrt feeling nauseous. Imm 11w&2d & have only gained 4lbs which is right on track.

They can alter your vitamins to help. I felt the same way all the time with my first pregnancy and convinced myself that every time I felt sick I needed to eat. I gained nearly 60 pounds. However, I also lost all but 10 pounds of it with in two weeks after birth.
Good luck, and just try to remember you are growing a new life.
