I'm overweight and already have one child and pregnant with my second. I don't have regular periods, in fact it had been a yr since I did have one. I went to the hospital for abdominal pain and found out I was pregnant. Turns out you can ovulate without having a regular period.

My first pregnancy I weighed 286 at the beginning and I am 5'7. I am pregnant again now and my weight at the beginning was 307. I'm a big gal but my boys are very healthy :) Don't stress about your weight. When it is meant to be it will happen!!

I actually hadn't had a period in months before I got pregnant. In March 2014 I weighed 215 and May 2014 I weighed 184. I went on a low carb high protein diet. After loosing some weight I got pregnant. I didn't find out I was even pregnant till almost 16 weeks because it was normal for me not to have a period unless on birth control. I didn't think I could get pregnant. I honestly believe that me losing weight helped me conceive.  I have been overweight all my life with irregular periods. And me and my fiance had always had unprotected sex and after being together 5 years I got pregnant. Yes sometimes he did pull out and other timea he didn't. Goodluck to you. You never know. I wish you all the best. :)

I was 396 pounds when I got pregnant after being told that I would never get pregnant due to my PCOS because I didn't ovulate and have regular periods.  I don't know what happened but I found out I was pregnant when I started to have pelvic pain for about 5 months and finally went to get it checked out.  They told me I was 20 weeks pregnant and I don't even know how it happened honestly because I only remember having one period last year but here I am 39 weeks and 2 days so it will happen when your body is ready.  GOOD LUCK ;-)

I hadn't had a period for over 5 months. Went to the doctor and they prescribed Progesterone got 1 period and as soon as I ovulated I got pregnant. I have over 2 months of negative pregnancy tests and when I got the positive found out I was 13 weeks pregnant. I'm 5'3" and was about 265 pre pregnancy... it is possible just have to have faith and stop focusing so hard on it.

I had plenty of hormone panels done and ultrasounds to test for both to see why my hormone levels were out of wack.

Im 5ft 9in and weighed 270 when getting pregnant. I am very aware of my unhealthy weight and have battled it my whole life. I did not want to conceive at this high weight because of the risks but it happened and my boyfriend and i are over the moon excited. But thank God all is ok so far, baby is great, heartrate great, bloodwork great.

I am 5'2 and was 145 when I conceived. I don't have periods except when on oc and don't know about my ovulation. You can buy ovulation predictors at Walgreens but I'm assuming you've already done that. Before my BFP I had a blood test to check my hormones and all were normal. You should talk to your doc or an OB/GYN.

If you don't ovulate (release an egg) then there is no egg to fertilize so it'll be very hard to get pregnant. If your not having a regular period have you been checked for endometriosis or poly cystic ovary syndrome  (pcos).
