I am 12 weeks with my first and planning the same. I plan on a water birth, but I've only personally known one other person who has done a natural birth! I am also curious about people who have done this already!

You'll be fine. I did it and I was fine. Btw, why are you 20 in a 25 and up group?

My BFF just had her baby all natural and he was a 9 pound baby. So proud of her! She did fine and was completely with it after words.  But for me I want pain management (epidural)

Im 27, and just had my third baby all natural.
be prepared to hurt alot during the contractions, which to me was the worst part, with every child. My advice is water! The minute you can't take the pain anymore, get into a jacuzzi tub  and stay there till fully dialated. Also, drink lots of water (its hard to do when in so much pain, and empty your bladder, for easier transition for baby.
We are women, and were meant to do this! You can do it if you believe in yourself!
good luck to you sweetie!

I am having a midwife anddelivering at a birth center where they allow not only labor in the water but birth...if you are going med free askyour doc if they have alabor tub it releives so much pressure and pain.our bodies were meant to give birth;)

I had a natural birth with my 1st Son my other 2 son was epidural due contractions coming less than a min apart and didnt have time to gain my strength back and my 3 son I went all the way to 8cm natural and had to have a emergency c-section.And I plan to go natural again with this son. I think natural is better because you have more control over ur body even though its painful but if you have a high tolerance of pain than go for its worth it
