odd dreams/nightmares

I keep having these odd dreams that turn into nightmares very quickly. I wake up in tears, sweaty, heart is racing and I'm paniced. I'm usually terrified upon wakening. It takes me a few minutes to realize it wasn't real. Its nothing about the baby or anything. I'm 18 weeks tomorrow. Can anyone relate?

I had a weird dream that my baby was being born through my abdomen, his arms and legs just started poking through and he was coming out, then I went to the hospital trying to keep him in, he was born like that, then the story spun off and turned into a nightmare.  it was weird, but haven't had any more dreams like that..

I also had wild dreams. They wake me and i couldn't get back to sleep. When i told my doctor, he said to be sure to have a snack before bed. Sometimes low blood sugars can trigger them. It works. Who knew?

I have dreamt every night for the past 4 days my bf has fallen out of love with me and is leaving me, despite the fact that his demeanor towards me has never changed and he tells me he loves me and he will never leave me constantly. Pregnancy dreams are weird and hold little to no meaning usually
