I feel like I'm dying from the breast down! My boobs are so engorged and I decided not to breastfeed. Can anyone help with some tips on how to stop the milk Supply?

Okay awesome that you so much ladies! So far I have tried the cabbage. The only thing it does is temporarily ease the pain bc it's cold. But I will try thay Vitamin b6! Shoot even though it's midnight here I'm thinking about going to the store right now lol.

Yeah the pain sucked so bad.  I thought that at one point they might explode lol.  I have some "nice" stretch marks now as a result.   I wish I knew about the B6 at the time.

Vitamin b6 will clear them up in 2 days.  Awesome fast cheap relief.  Has worked for everyone I know.

I was told not to squeeze it out that that'll only make it produce longer.   I was told to wear tight sports bras and to put cabbage leaves on my breasts.   Make sure to cut away the veiny parts of cabbage so you don't get a sore.  I was told this in the hospital after delivery.  You could also use those gel packs (frozen).  It worked for me.  It took about 10 days to subside but it finally did & yes it was extremely painful.

Squeeze your milk out in the shower, and u can just do that until it stops producing.. or squish u boobs in your bra (I put cloth diapers in my bra) I know the things im saying are ridiculous.. but they help.. congratulations!!!
