over being pregnant

I'm 38+1 and my mind is consumed by getting this baby out. I had an odd feeling a couple weeks ago that she'd come early. But now I think she's gonna be in there forever! Not literally but I feel like she's not coming anytime soon. I have 13 days til my due date. I just want her out. Just sooooo anxious and ready to get it over with.

Trying not to rush it. I can't take the pain in my ribs.

I feel so bad for you overdue mommy's! I had my first daughter two weeks early and my second daughter on my due date. So I'm curious about what this baby is gonna do. I'm so impatient! And for some reason my braxtons have died down. I wonder if I should be worried about that?

I wish I could just break my own water. (I KNOW I CAN'T) It's just the thought that then it would be over.

Thank you ladies! I appreciate the input. I wondered about that primrose oil. I've been hearing about it. I wish I could go to hospital and say something is wrong so they'll induce me. I'm only 5 foot tall my frame is sooo small so in turn I'm super uncomfortable. I'm sooo tired Idk what to do. At least when baby comes I can sleep when she sleeps.

I feel the same way when pregnant at 35 weeks I start begging for induction.  Because of baby's size with 2nd baby my midwife agreed at37 weeks I could be induced. The Dr I had with baby's 3 & 4 said my baby was getting to big with each. He said he could not induce until 39 weeks but if I was not in labor by then he would need to.... with last one my midwife thought I should be induced but Dr refused he said I made a choice for birthing center and he would not induce till baby was showing signs of needing to come out.   I do feel for ya I thought I would die...  I hope this baby comes at a decent time. I don't want too early but I don't want it to be over 2 weeks.

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow. I've been drinking the red raspberry lea tea, one cup a day. Taking the evening primrose oil capsules, 2 orally and 1 vaginally every night. Walking on my treadmill and eating pineapple (not at the same time lol) and had Tabasco on my egg sandwich yesterday. Nothing happening so far but I'm sti only 37 weeks so I'm hoping its going to help me at least have the baby on time! My first was 2 weeks late!

Do stuff to try to speed it up. Go for long walk have lots of sex and eat spicy stuff.  It might not work but it will keep your mind occupied while you wait.
