Tbh there is no way to actually bring on labor. All those story's you may hear are just ol wife's tales. Baby will come when baby is ready.  But you won't have to deal with it much longer your dr will soon schedule you to be induced. Good luck and congratulations

I was there with my first she decided to come 4 days late. If you/your dr are willing they can do a scrapping thing to try and help get you going. They did that at my 39 week apt.
There are also tons of things you can try like castor oil in some eggs, walking and oddly enough a pedicure with an extra long foot massage (just tell them you are past your due date so they ice a swap tissue one)
Any one those things can help kickstart you IF your body is ready.

Oh hunni, I completely feel for you. My 1st LO was 5 days over, my 2nd was 3 days over but my 3rd was 13 days over.

When I say I've tried everything. I mean I tried everything. Primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea, cinnamon ginger and lemon tea, sex, walking, bouncing on the ball, cleaning, nipple stimulation, pineapple. Relaxing etc...

There's no way to actually bring it on if you aren't ready. Just try and relax, sleep, rest and get ready for what's to come. Good luck xx

I believe squats really help its bern proven because your moving the baby in the position it needs to be in to be born i did this and walked for 30 minutes 20 squats n ate a pineapple i went into labor 2 hours later and had my son that same night congrats n good luck hope this works
