peeing?!
Everytime I sneeze, cough, sit wrong, walk wrong, I pee. It never fails. I go to the bathroom and then go watch TV an sneeze and bam.. peed myself. I don't think I'm the only one but please share if you have similar or things that help and not pee myself :)
You need to do pelvic floor exercises. It's the only thing that can help. You'll have to google them or ask. Your midwife because I have no idea how to explain lol. I do them and they've stopped me peeinh when sneezing etc. Good luck.
Me too, never thought I'd need to wear pads before 70yo. Its so embarrassing!! We're grown woman wetting ourselves lol
that happens to me all the time before..i even pee at myself when i puke..just do Kegel exercises..
