please answer doc office just said I have an extreme Uti!

My doc office just called said I have a really bad UTI that is very resistant to antibiotics not only that but they can't find the antibiotics at any of the local pharmacies I have to have the antibiotics injected for 3 days and test further to make sure its gone. Any one have a UTI this bad while pregnant? They said it could shutdown my kidneys and their having a hard time getting the antibiotics.

Thanks ladies I have never had a UTI and then to find out its a resistant strain and I'm pregnant is stressing me. I thought the pain I was feeling was normal stuff

I was put on antibiotics to fight uti's my whole pregnancy... but then I fought yeast infections.

Yes I have had this happen to me before. When u can get the meds take them , you'll feel so much better instantly . I wasn't pregnant at the time tho. If you have long nails cut them I noticed I would get them when my nails were longer.

Ive had utis but none like this..honestly ive never heard of it..

Bump
