Colace. It's a stool softener. You can buy it over the counter. One pill at night and you will poop in the morning. You can take 1 pill  twice daily of needed.

I had the same problem in the beginning of my pregnancy it felt like I was going to poop out a baseball lol if you drink lots of water it will pass that's what I did and it worked I was to embarrassed to tell my fiance so I just drank water and waited it out eventually I went later that day.

Smooth move tea had senna in it. Be careful not to make the tea too strong as it may cause contractions.

Senna can cause you to go into labour early my doctor wouldn't give me anything that released the constipation quickly in the end I took lactolucs in a higher dosage three times a day ate an apple orange and fennel tea half a bag of prunes (I was heaving eating them) I poured loads of honey on them and just munched. The next day was amazing. If you can't eat prunes try prune juice. Drink loads of orange juice. Coffee is not advises when constipated.

Check with your doc before using Senna- it's a pregnancy category C,  which means risk to the fetus can't be ruled out. Some will say okay others won't.  There are lots of other optionsb like Colace, glycerin suppositories, Metamucil. The doc may put you on something preventative too. Don't extra water and walking help too:)

Water, coffee, coca cola, stool softener, grapes, metamucil is supposed to help I think... I've never liked it though so it did me no good. Costco has tasteless fiber powder mix that you can put into your yogurts (which aid in digestion) and you won't notice a thing and wah bam! Poop! Haha seriously though.

I'm so sorry you are in so much pain happens to most of us honestly though. If you push too hard you may get sore... preparation H works good to help with pain in general after too much pushing, or straining when your effort Is finally relieved.  Good luck
