So me an my bf were havin sex but as soon as he *** I had a nasty pain go through me when I woke up this morning I had the thick pool of blood around me down there an biggish clots

It sounds like a miscarriage. Bleeding alone isn't enough but the clots and the sharp pain sound like it. But yes Dr is the only one who can tell you
Normally if you've had a miscarriage you are suppose to avoid having sex in the first trimester any time you have any bleeding you need to be checked out

It is not good and sounds like it may be a miscarriage. Don't give up until you get checked and go in as soon as possible. Good luck and hope things are ok with baby.
Not to be "that person" but none of us can tell you if you miscarried- the only ones that can do that are doctors and it's better to know now than wonder about it. So go get checked out.
