I think its too big in my queen bed with my boyfriend & i. I have a regular body pillow that I keep on the egde of the bed and I use that. It works for me. I don't see how you roll easily to the other side when you then have that pregnancy pillow in your face.

Its never too soon to get or too late to give up your pregnancy pillow lol.  They are awesome! I dread when I am no longer pregnant as I know my hubby will want me to toss it and start cuddling him again!  He is so pointy after that soft pillow tho LOL

If you're uncomfortable it's not too soon. I've been using extra pillows for most of pregnancy. I find one between my knees is the biggest help and now that I'm bigger a thin one supporting my belly helps too. Occasionally I'll put one behind my back but most of the time I like pressing my bavk against hubby bc he puts out so much heat it soothes the muscles lol
